Avoid milk, normal soft drinks, or fruit juice. Taking a glass of wine every

(10) Eat Breakfast Always:
Always eat most of your
calories early in the day and eat breakfast always. Avoid eating after 8pm and
not only will you avoid those excess fat but you will sleep better.
